Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a seasoned construction professional to supervise crews in laying out, assembling, and installing pipe and related systems. You will lead on-site teams, ensuring safety and efficiency across projects of varying sizes.

The role requires extensive utility installation experience (water, sewer, storm drain) and strong leadership with in-trench responsibilities. DOE wage range noted with potential overtime.

Qualifications

Multiple years of experience in underground utility installation (water, sewer, storm drain).
Extensive equipment seat-time operating experience, including in-trench work.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, site specs, simple instructions, and memos.

Responsibilities

Manage personnel on site with onsite direction and guidance.
Plan and schedule daily work, assign priorities, requisition materials and equipment.
Prepare logs, tickets, attendance and safety records as required.
