Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreperson for the Twin Falls location. You will supervise day-to-day pipe installation crews, coordinate digging, alignment, and installation of pipe, fittings, and supports, while ensuring safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of underground utilities, can read blueprints, plan tasks, assign priorities, and mentor a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground utilities installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and site specifications.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
• Plan daily work assignments and priorities.
• Maintain records, logs, and safety documents.
• Read blueprints and site drawings.
• Lead safety meetings and site inspections.
