Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee digging and pipe installation activities and to coordinate crews for on-site progress. You will read blueprints, enforce safety, and maintain daily records while driving project efficiency on-site.

You will lead diverse teams, troubleshoot field issues, and collaborate with project engineers to meet schedules. Travel is required; CDL is a plus and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground utility installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site specs, and simple instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews and provide on-site direction for daily work activities.
• Plan, troubleshoot, and schedule daily assignments; requisition materials and equipment.
• Maintain records, logs, tickets, and safety/inspection documents.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings to guide work.
• Coordinate with project supervisors and engineers and conduct safety meetings.
• Operate and manage equipment safely; ensure proper maintenance.
