Qualifications

• Experience in utility construction with water and sewer systems.
• Foreman or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to ensure productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to standards.
• Plan daily work activities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials with project managers.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Document work performed, materials used, and hours.
• Build projects per construction plans and requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required.
