Job summary

CRH Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced construction professional to supervise and coordinate crews in laying out, installing pipe and related systems. You will read blueprints, plan daily work, and ensure safety and quality on-site.

This role offers $25-$37 per hour DOE with overtime potential. Travel to Helena and surrounding sites is required; Davis Bacon wages may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground utility installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel on site with on-site direction and guidance.
• Plan daily work, troubleshoot, schedule assignments, and requisition materials/equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, charts, and construction drawings; maintain records and safety docs.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Travel to Helena and other Montana locations as needed; coordinate with engineers and supervisors.
