Job summary

Congruex is hiring a Laborer to support underground utility and telecommunications construction crews. You will help maintain safe, organized job sites, prepare materials, and assist equipment operators across daily field activities.

Responsibilities include trench work, conduit placement, and restoration tasks while adhering to safety requirements and company policies. Training is provided for inexperienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction or utility work; training provided.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work within a crew.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily safety meetings and crew huddles.
• Operate tamping machines and assist with inspections and maintenance.
• Load/unload materials and prepare jobsite equipment.
• Assist trench excavation, conduit placement, potholing, shoring, backfilling.
• Support structure installation, concrete placement, and restoration work.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
