Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in drafting or engineering.
• 5+ years CAD experience in electric utility transmission projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and design practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Draft CAD drawings for electrical/structural aspects of underground transmission.
• Collaborate with engineers and other drafters to resolve discrepancies.
• Complete design tasks under supervision and self-check for accuracy.
• Ensure deliverables meet project schedules and industry standards.
• Provide innovative solutions and effective problem solving.
• Assist in project delivery, including meetings and documentation.
