Job summary

Globe Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews, ensure project timelines, train crew members, and work with property owners while adhering to safety policies and regulations.

This role requires experience and a valid driver’s license, with the potential for growth in a safety-focused environment. As a Foreman, you’ll oversee daily activities, read blueprints, and manage heavy equipment usage in various weather conditions,

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• Prior Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
