Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule. You will train crew members, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners while maintaining OSHA/DOT compliance.

The role requires forklift or heavy equipment familiarity, valid license, and a minimum of three years’ related experience; Foreman experience is preferred. This is an on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following safety policies (OSHA/DOT).
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
