Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC, is seeking a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead daily crew operations, mentor team members, and ensure safe, on-schedule field execution of critical underground telecommunications projects.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in地下 telecom experience, and a valid driver’s license. Prior foreman or crew leadership is preferred, with bore drilling experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule completion.
• Coach crew members and share best practices to develop technical skills.
• Read and interpret job blueprints, utility maps, and project specs for field execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards and DOT regulations on each site.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Supervisors and communicate with property owners and community members.
• Operate heavy machinery and tools across outdoor terrains and weather conditions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
