Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are followed.

You will read blueprints, supervise day-to-day activities, train crew members, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. This role requires driving to projects and operating equipment in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with daily activities.
• Communicate with property owners to resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
