Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is hiring a Foreman to lead telecom underground crews, ensure safety, and meet project timelines. You will read blueprints, coordinate daily activities with the supervisor, and communicate with property owners about work and issues.

This role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license. We value hands-on leadership, safety-first practices, and the ability to operate in various weather conditions while ensuring OSHA and DOT

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Read and understand blueprints for underground telecom work.
• Strong focus on safety, OSHA and DOT compliance.
• Experience operating or coordinating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist in training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work and issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
