Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews in underground telecom installation and maintenance, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include training crew members, reading blueprints, coordinating with the supervisor, and communicating with property owners to resolve issues. You will operate heavy equipment and work in all weather conditions following DOT and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred, ability to lead crews and train members.
• Read and understand blueprints; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Read and understand blueprints and plans.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Talk with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
