Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews, ensure safety compliance and project timelines, and coordinate with property owners to address concerns.

The role requires strong leadership, experience as a Foreman and ability to read blueprints. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid US work authorization and a valid driver's license. This is an on-site position with potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

3+ years of related work experience

Foreman experience preferred
