Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunications systems.

You will ensure safety, oversee project timelines, read blueprints, and coordinate with the supervisor while communicating with property owners about work to be performed. This hands-on role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver|icense, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
