Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead telecom underground crews, ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance in field installations and maintenance. You’ll train crew members, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners to resolve issues.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid US driver’s license, and adherence to OSHA/DOT safety policies. This is an on-site position across project sites and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
