Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews, read blueprints, ensure safety policies and regulations, and support supervisors daily.

The role involves coordinating with property owners and managing field operations in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience and a valid driver's license, with Foreman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years related work experience
• Foreman experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
