Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with the supervisor, and communicating with property owners to resolve issues. Candidates should have at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent or relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
