Lambert's Cable in Pennsylvania seeks a Foreman to lead crews on our Telecom Underground team, installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure adherence to safety protocols and project schedules while coordinating daily activities.

You’ll read blueprints, train crew members, speak with property owners about work to be performed, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations. This role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of related foreman or field supervision experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma or GED required or combination of education and experience.

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
