Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the United States, Georgia (Lawrenceville area). You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

You will supervise field activities, train crew members, read blueprints, and communicate with property owners as needed. Strong safety focus and ability to work in various weather conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
