Zusammenfassung

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our Telecom Underground team in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will manage crews, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to safety policies and project timelines.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of related experience, prefer Foreman background, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Strong communication with property owners is required and operations involve heavy equipment in varied weather

Qualifikationen

Minimum three years of related work experience.
Foreman experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent plus relevant work experience.

Aufgaben

Lead crews to meet project timelines.
Assist in training of crew members.
Read and understand blueprints.
Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues.
Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
Perform work in all weather conditions.
