Lambert's Cable in Dunn, NC is seeking a Foreman Telecom Underground to lead field crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunication systems. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

You will coordinate with the supervisor, read blueprints, and communicate with property owners while ensuring OSHA and DOT regulations are followed. This is a field, hourly position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
