Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews, ensure project timelines, and help train crew members while ensuring safety, OSHA, and DOT compliance on all assignments.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with property owners, operate heavy equipment, and support the supervisor with daily activities in all weather conditions. Prior foreman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
