Lambert's Cable is seeking a Field Foreman to lead our telecom underground crews in installing and maintaining underground systems. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality workmanship while coordinating with the supervisor and interacting with property owners.

The role requires strong leadership, practical field experience, and the ability to read blueprints. Candidates should have multiple years in foreman roles with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
