Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC. seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Baldwin Park, CA. You will lead crews to install and maintain underground telecom systems, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

You will train crew members, coordinate with the supervisor, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. OSHA/DOT safety knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
