Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC, is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Baldwin Park, California. You will lead crews installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensure safety protocols, read blueprints, and keep projects on schedule.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, effective communication with property owners, and adherence to OSHA/DOT regulations. Candidates should have at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners to resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
