Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for the Telecom Underground team in the Long Beach area. You will lead crews, ensure timelines, read blueprints, and enforce safety policies across OSHA and DOT regulations.

You will also assist the supervisor with daily activities and coordinate with property owners to address work scope and resolve issues. Experience as a foreman is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and US work authorization.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
