Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Lithia Springs, GA. You will lead crews installing and maintaining underground telecom systems while enforcing safety protocols and project timelines.

The role demands 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. You’ll collaborate with supervisors, coordinate with property owners, and operate heavy equipment when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• 18 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies include OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
