Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC. is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Tucker, GA. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, read blueprints, coordinate daily activities, ensure safety protocols, OSHA and DOT compliance, and keep projects on schedule.

You’ll mentor crew members, communicate with property owners, and operate heavy equipment as needed. Our environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering reliable infrastructure for communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or related work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
