Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met. You’ll also train crew members and coordinate with property owners to address any issues on site.

The role requires 3+ years of related work experience and a valid driver’s license, with Foreman experience preferred. This on-site position offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, relevant work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies (OSHA/DOT)
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
