Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead crews on our Telecom Underground projects in field settings. You’ll supervise installation and maintenance, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training of crew members, and coordinating with supervisors and property owners. OSHA/DOT safety standards apply, with field work across varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with relevant experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety requirements.
• Assist in training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
