Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC, in Gainesville, GA, is seeking an Operations Production Foreman to lead crews in underground telecom installation and maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, timely project delivery, and training of crew members.

You will supervise field activities, read blueprints, enforce OSHA and DOT safety policies, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues. A valid license and prior foreman experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need
