Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Columbus, GA. You’ll lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

The role emphasizes training, reading blueprints, and adherence to OSHA/DOT policies, with daily interaction with property owners and supervisory support. This position offers growth and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
