Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Lithia Springs, GA. You will lead crews, read blueprints, enforce safety (OSHA/DOT), and coordinate with property owners to keep projects on schedule. This role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies (OSHA/DOT).
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
