Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Savannah, GA. You will lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems, ensuring safety, training, and timely project execution.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related experience and a Foreman background is preferred. You will read blueprints, coordinate with owners, and uphold OSHA and DOT policies while working in varied weather and conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety policies.
• Read and understand blueprints for underground telecom work.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance on site.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
