Job summary

Lambert's Cable is hiring a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee the company construction program and ensure job sites follow construction rules, practices and policies. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and utilities, and maintain project schedules.

The role requires 3+ years of supervision in telecom, knowledge of industry standards, and a valid driver's license. Expect to work both solo and in teams, with opportunities for growth and stable benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Working knowledge of telecom industry standards, practices and regulations for construction.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to work solo and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in inclement weather and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring adherence to rules, practices and policies.
• Be available for call outs and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead and assist crews, subcontractors and other interested parties.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and corporate policies followed.
• Plan, multi-task, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
