Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to supervise and implement the Company Construction Program on field sites, ensuring adherence to construction rules, practices and policies.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecom, knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in both solo and team environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Working knowledge of industry standards, practices and regulations for telecom fiber/copper outside plant facilities.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to work in solo and team environments.
• Ability to work in all types of weather, including inclement weather.
• Self-starter with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program across job-sites.
• Coordinate, lead and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors and other interested parties.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time.
• Ensure all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed.
• Organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff.
