Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee the company construction program at job sites, ensuring adherence to rules, practices, and policies.

You will be available for call-outs and interact with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, lead operations, and ensure on-time schedules while upholding corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards, practices and regulations for fiber optic and copper outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to work in solo and team environments.
• Experience working through all types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring job sites follow construction rules, practices, and policies.
• Be available for call outs and represent the company with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead, and assist crews, subcontractors, and interested parties.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and corporate policies are followed.
• Organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively with staff with minimal supervision.
