Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to lead the company’s construction program and ensure adherence to standards on each job site.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers, utilities, and municipalities, and ensure schedules and policies are followed. The role requires on-site leadership and a strong focus on safety and teamwork. The position is based in Pennsylvania and offers growth opportunities within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecommunications.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for fiber and copper outside plant.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and solo or team settings.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program on each job-site.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and other parties.
• Interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and policies followed.
• Maintain effective communication and prioritize daily workloads with minimal supervision.
• Respond to call-outs as required.
