Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to supervise and implement the company construction program, ensuring each job site follows the established rules, practices and policies.

You must be available for call outs and will represent the company interfacing with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors and other parties to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of industry standards, practices and regulations for fiber optic and copper outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Willingness to work solo and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company Construction Program, ensuring job-sites follow construction rules, practices and policies.
• Be available for call-outs.
• Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure construction schedules are met on time and all corporate policies are followed.
• Plan, multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with staff.
