Responsibilities

• Lead underground Telecom crews on multiple projects safely.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to meet goals.
• Update prints and coordinates with customers.
• Manage billing and subcontractor relationships.
• Communicate job status with customers and teams.
• Ensure safety practices on all sites.
• Supervise all aspects of a project and report progress.
• May perform site surveys for estimates or quality assurance.
• Evaluate teammate performance and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new teammates.
