Texstar Enterprises LLC seeks a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee Tulsa-based field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule completion of underground telecom builds in customer projects.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train crews, coordinate daily production, track materials, and maintain accurate reports. A hybrid workplace and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Leadership and training skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Microsoft office and G-Suite knowledge.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction work meets customer and industry specs and is performed safely.
• Provide on-the-job training for crews to ensure safety and productivity.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract labor and crews.
• Track materials needed for daily operations and maintain records.
• Audit operations for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and resolve issues with property owners and sites.
• Review production reports and ensure accurate time and material records.
