The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecom or utility construction, reads utility prints, and can supervise internal teams and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Google applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the placement/repair of cable and restorations per contract and specs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met according to company rules and standards.
• Maintain daily production sheets and reporting.
• Participate in daily/weekly operations and customer calls.
• Lift/carry up to 75 lbs and work overtime as needed.
