Job summary

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is seeking an Underground Telecom Construction Supervisor in Plant City, FL (Tampa area). You will lead field crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently, interpret drawings, and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor.

Responsibilities include updating prints, managing billing, communicating with customers, ensuring safety practices, and supervising all aspects of projects. Travel may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction leadership experience is required.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-build prints.
• Experience in change orders and unit price schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground crews to meet project goals safely and efficiently.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to achieve project goals.
• Update prints and coordinate with customers on job status.
• Manage billing and supervise all aspects of a project.
• Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews.
• Communicate job status with the customer and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise site surveys, estimates, or QA as needed.
• Evaluate teammate performance and develop growth plans.
• Travel may be required based on project location.
