Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects. You will build, repair, and maintain outdoor utility systems, supervise operations, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will train crews, troubleshoot field issues, and operate heavy equipment while managing all aspects of the job site. This role emphasizes long-term projects and hands-on leadership on active worksites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects.
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• Train your crew on tools and equipment.
• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers and other machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
