Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager (Underground) to lead the mining and production of raw materials at the assigned plant. You will coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control to meet customer requests on time and cost-efficiently, while ensuring quality products and strong safety practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (or related field) and 5–7 years in aggregate mining and plant production, with SAP experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining or related field.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management.
• Required Technical Skills: Computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Quality Control to meet production needs.
• Ensure safe operations and manage plant personnel with fiscal integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels and scheduling to support customer needs.
• Promote safety and adherence to environmental policies at the site.
