Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering required.
• 3–5 years underground mining engineering experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and US mining regulations preferred.
• Presentation and verbal skills required.
• Excellent time and productivity management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Vulcan, Deswik and Ventsim.
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Production reporting of mine metrics and KPI tracking.
• Accountable for mine design and planning, short and long range.
• Conduct audits to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with geology to plan exploration and in-fill drilling.
• Design and as-built layouts for underground development and services.
• Create and monitor site forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare presentations and reports with clear, accurate deliverables.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure plan compliance and minimize disruptions.
