The role develops accurate estimates, coordinates startup, manages execution, and ensures projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates have strong communication, blueprints proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role requiring travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Understand local and state plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates by reviewing plans and specs.
• Coordinate startup and establish budgets for awarded projects.
• Manage scheduling, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets and provide cost projections for billing.
• Prepare change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Attend project meetings with customers and teams.
• Obtain permits and project authorizations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure project closeout documentation is complete.
