Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is searching for a Senior Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager in the Greater Boston Area. This full-time, hybrid opportunity entails estimating, managing projects, and ensuring quality outcomes on complex infrastructural projects.

The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of construction operations, and familiarity with public-sector projects. Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, profit sharing, and substantial health insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of plumbing/mechanical estimating experience.
• Background in industrial plumbing or mechanical construction.
• Experience managing awarded projects highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and mechanical estimating.
• Coordinate project buyouts and procurement.
• Manage awarded projects from start to finish.
