Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong MEP/mechanical construction background.
• Experience with process piping or complex piping systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, industrial, commercial, healthcare or other complex projects.
• Understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale MEP, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders and profitability.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes and project requirements.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, scheduling and project execution.
• Identify and resolve project, design, schedule and cost issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
